About Our Jerky

Our buffalo jerky contains buffalo, flavoring supplement (salt, dextrose, corn syrup solids, maltodextrin, spice extractives, soybean oil), vinegar, brown sugar, liquid smoke, salt, spices, and garlic powder.

Our elk jerky contains elk, flavoring supplement (salt, dextrose, corn syrup solids, maltodextrin, spice extractives, soybean oil), vinegar, brown sugar, liquid smoke, salt, spices, and garlic powder.

Our beef jerky contains beef, flavoring supplement (salt, dextrose, corn syrup solids, maltodextrin, spice extractives, soybean oil), vinegar, brown sugar, liquid smoke, salt, spices,   garlic powder, and sodium nitrite.

Our jerky products do not contain MSG.
